Returns
Products purchased from Catherine’s Peak Bottling Company online, or at our retail store may be returned under the following conditions:
PRODUCT WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF SEAL HAS NOT BEEN BROKEN AND IS IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
1. If the customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the product purchased
2. All returns must be within 5 business days, accompanied with original receipt.
3. If the order placed does not correspond with the product received
Refunds
Refunds will only be done if the company is out of stock and unable to provide an exchange.
Cancellation
Customers will have 24 hours after order confirmation to cancel an order. Any cancellation done after this period will attract a restocking fee of JMD $500.
